Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership invites you to explore the support available through UK and European Structural and Investment Funds to Scale-Up your Business.

The event is aimed at SMEs who wish to explore available finance, grants and support to help them grow, increase turnover, create jobs or to develop and bring new products or processes to the market. Places are limited to 150 so please register early to confirm attendance.
What’s on offer?
When you are growing your business and seeking to be innovative there are always new challenges that we need to prepare for, from finding the right people to accessing the right type of finance, from breaking into new markets to developing your people and your new ideas. There will be times when you will really want advice, support and information or finance or grants. This event will be focused on building ideas around scale-up and also giving you the tools you need to scale your business:
New Finance: There are many different types of finance available to a company with ambitions to grow. Find guidance and advice about finance for growing from the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund.
New Skills: Strong leadership is critical for the success of a business. Find the right supported programmes, tools and resources available to help you.
New Markets: Experienced exporters need advice and support. Arrange to talk to a Department for International Trade representative and find links to further sources and guidance.
New Products: High-quality advice is crucial to help your business make a successful move to the next level. Find out how your business can benefit from a range of organisations to suit your need.

New Ideas: You can get expert, tailored advice on Intellectual Property and product development. Find the type of support that will help your business.
New Grants: There are many different types of grants available to a company with ambitions to grow but funds are limited. Get in first to find out about what’s on offer.
Who will be there?
There will be an introduction from the Local Enterprise Partnership followed by an overview of new business support products on offer and the experiences of other business leaders through their scale-up journey. This will be followed by a networking lunch, a market place including partners and sponsors and finally workshops to help businesses to take the first practical steps to scaling up their business and securing the advice or finance they require.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
The Local Enterprise Partnership will be holding a stakeholder event to discuss the refresh of the Cheshire and Warrington Strategic Economic Plan in the afternoon, from 13.45 to 14.45. It is important to gather as wide a range of views as possible. If delegates are interested in contributing to this significant piece of work, please register your interest along with your chosen workshop.
